I must admit that this is a surprisingly interesting read. Must be because I am an engineer that does a lot of technical writing.

The System Mangler works with computers. He knows a little about solaris, linux, windows, and mac. He also knows about NetBackup, NetWorker, Avamar, and assorted storage products.
He doesn’t know how to fix your virus ridden computer.
(actually he does, but couldn’t be bothered).
